The short version: we only collect what you give us, we use it to help you study in Italy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Scholaritalia: India to Italy is run by Nikhil Kumar Mawar, based in Lazio, Italy, together with our co-partners Prerna Karn (Cassino, Italy) and Vansh Singh (Delhi, India). We are the data controller for the information on this site. Contact: info@scholaritalia.com.
The details you type into our enquiry form: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, and your study, budget and application preferences. Also messages you send in our chat assistant, on WhatsApp or by email. Please do not send passport or ID numbers until we ask for them, and we will tell you how we handle them at that point.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free call and give you study guidance. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time. If you become a client, we also use your details to carry out our agreement with you.
Only our team, and the services that help us run the site: our email and messaging providers (for example email and WhatsApp), and the website host. Our chat assistant is powered by AI: the messages you type there may be processed by Anthropic to write replies. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
We work from Italy and help students in India, so your details travel between India and the EU. Some providers may process data outside the EU. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
Up to [12] months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must keep it by law (for example for accounting if you become a client).
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@scholaritalia.com and we will reply within one month.
Our guidance is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us with you.
